Under the European Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), ECHA continues to identify substances of concern (SoC) that may be present in packaging. Following an initial call for contributions launched in September 2025, the Agency submitted a provisional list of more than 700 substances to stakeholders for their input this summer.
