The third training session, focusing on recycling and innovative aspects of packaging materials, as part of the Erasmus+ FITNess 2.0* project will be organized by AgroParisTech and INRAE on May 28 and 29, 2024, in hybrid mode at the Agro Paris-Saclay campus.
This is an opportunity to bring together all the players in the food packaging value chain: manufacturers, processors, food industries, users, students and researchers. The event will be organized into three smaller sessions, two of which are dedicated to students (mornings) and one for manufacturers (afternoons).
The training aims to:
- Present / share information on the FITNess platform .
- Present innovations related to food packaging, particularly on the safety assessment of biobased and recycled materials
- Exchange/discuss during workshops on paperboard recycling, plastics substitution, reuse.
- Providing the industry with technical information, understanding and a forum for discussion on recent regulations .
