Information note n° 2012-93 of August 16, 2012

The purpose of information note no. 2012-93 of August 16, 2012, is to share the results of the work of the "think tank on regulations and control methods for the inertia of food contact materials". This information note gives recommendations on wood as a material in contact with foodstuffs. It is intended for laboratories working in the analysis of materials in contact with food, industries that manufacture materials and objects for food contact, agri-food industries and official control services.
