Resolution ResAP(2004)4 of 01/12/2004

Resolution ResAP(2004)4 applies to finished materials and articles made of rubber, including thermoplastic rubber, as well as mixtures of rubber with plastics and other materials, intended to come into contact with or placed in contact with foodstuffs, referred to as "rubber-based products". It also applies to rubber-based products in contact with water intended for human consumption.
This resolution describes the criteria that rubber-based products intended to come into contact with foodstuffs should meet.

This resolution does not apply to fixed, public or private feeding equipment, nor to lollipops.
