Decree no. 76-492 of May 28, 1976 implementing the law of August 1, 1905 on the repression of fraud with regard to the trade in pewter objects.
Presentation
This decree applies to pewter objects intended for contact with foodstuffs. It is not applicable to industrial equipment. It describes the requirements in order to be able to sell or offer for sale items under the name or with the mention "pewter". Pewter articles intended for contact with foodstuffs are subject to the requirements of this decree and the orders issued for its application.
