Declaration of compliance with regulations on materials and equipment in contact with foodstuffs, in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004
Presentation
To facilitate the exchange of information between users and their suppliers concerning the suitability of materials and equipment dedicated to contact with foodstuffs, ANIA has drawn up a common model declaration of conformity.
A first version of this document, drawn up jointly by ANIA and FIM (Fédération des Industries Mécaniques), was published in 2008. In 2011, ANIA and FIM in collaboration with EHEDG France (European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group France) modified this document. The latest version dates from August 2012. A guide specifying the applicable rules is also available.
