Presentation
This decree lays down the requirements to be met by rubber materials and articles placed or intended to be placed in contact with foodstuffs, products and beverages intended for human or animal consumption.
This order was modified by the order of August 9, 2005 and by the order of December 19, 2006. In addition, it was repealed and replaced by the order of August 5, 2020
Amendments
The decree of 9/08/2015 adds article 9.1 to the decree of 9/11/94 and authorizes the use of monomers, starting substances and modifying agents from other European Union member states, Turkey or other contracting parties of the European Economic Area, provided that they have been evaluated according to the rules of the Scientific Committee on Human Nutrition or those of EFSA or a competent scientific body.
The decree of 9/12/2006 modifies the decree of 9/11/1994 relating to rubber materials and objects in contact with foodstuffs and beverages, revising article 9.1 authorizing the use of monomers, starting substances and modifying agents from other member states of the European Union, Turkey or other contracting parties of the European Economic Area.
